1. Who we are
Dandelion AI (“we”, “us”) is an integrated marketing consultancy operating from Singapore. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
2. What we collect
We collect personal data you provide directly and limited technical data collected automatically:
- Contact details you submit through our forms — name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and website.
- Business context you choose to share — industry, marketing channels in use, and the goals or challenges you describe.
- Campaign attribution parameters (such as UTM tags) attached to the link you arrived from.
- Standard technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited — via our analytics tools.
3. How we use it
We use personal data only for the purposes it was collected for:
- Preparing and delivering the growth audit or consultation you requested.
- Responding to enquiries and providing our services.
- Understanding how our website is used, so we can improve it.
- Sending service-related communications. We do not send marketing email without consent, and we never sell or rent personal data.
4. Disclosure & processors
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf — such as website hosting, form handling and analytics platforms — under obligations of confidentiality and security, and where required by law. Some providers may store data outside Singapore; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
5. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Enquiry data that does not lead to an engagement is reviewed and purged periodically.
6. Cookies & analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and aggregate analytics (for example, understanding which pages are most useful). You can control cookies through your browser settings; the site remains usable with non-essential cookies disabled.
7. Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access controls — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for its continued use. To exercise these rights, contact our data protection contact at dandelionaisg@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
