How much does marketing cost for a business in Singapore?

The honest answer: it depends on the market you want to lead, not a package tier. Here's how we actually scope and price it.

The honest answer: there is no fixed price, because you are not buying activity — you are buying a shot at leading a market. What that costs depends on the market, the competitors and how fast you want to move. But "it depends" is a cop-out if we leave it there, so here is how it actually breaks down.

Recurring channel work runs on transparent retainers

The channels that run every month — SEO and AI visibility, Google Ads management, Xiaohongshu — are the predictable, ongoing lines, quoted as a monthly retainer you see in full before you commit. What moves the number is not a package tier but three things: how contested your keywords and category are, how many locations or languages you operate in, and how fast you need to overtake the incumbents.

These lines compound: the work you pay for in month one keeps producing in month twelve.

Strategy, brand, website and AI are scoped, not listed

The foundational work — positioning, brand, website, and the AI systems that respond to and measure leads — is project-based and custom-scoped. We quote it after a consultation, because a clinic fighting three competitors and a franchise opening its fifth outlet do not need the same thing, and pretending they do is how agencies overcharge one and underserve the other.

The number that actually matters

Cost is the wrong first question. The right one is: what is a customer worth to you, and how many more could you win? A dental clinic where one patient is worth S$3,000 over their lifetime is playing a completely different math game than a café where a visit is worth S$25. The budget that makes one business the leader would bankrupt the other for no return.

That is why we start every engagement by telling you, honestly, whether market leadership is even achievable at the budget you have. Sometimes the answer is "not yet" — and hearing that costs you nothing but saves you a wasted year.

Why we don't publish packages

We used to be asked for a pricing page. We took it down. Fixed packages push you toward the tier that fits our menu, not the plan that wins your market. We would rather quote the actual work: one client per market, scoped to what leadership takes.

If you want a real number for your business, request a growth audit or email us at dandelionaisg@gmail.com. You will leave with a scoped plan — and an honest read on whether the market is winnable for you — whether or not you work with us.
